After 31 years of leadership in the property management industry, Koger Management is changing its name. The founders have decided to phase out of ownership, making the corporation employee owned. In anticipation of this transition we have changed our name to Tri-State Management. Managing communities in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and the District of Columbia, we remain the largest firm locally, and one of the largest in the country.

Years of controlled growth and the refinement of our management techniques has resulted in a hybrid company that offers a full array of services to condominiums, housing clusters, planned unit developments, cooperatives, open space communities, commercial developments and medical facilities.

As Members of the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, Koger/Tri-State Management has taken an active role in industry circles. The National Association of Housing Cooperatives lists Koger/Tri-State Management as a Corporate Member and Faculty Member of its teaching staff.
